The Rossville wrestling team hosted Tri-Central Wednesday and won 37-21.
Both teams were missing wrestlers at several weight classes due to either injury or ineligibility.

In the 138-pound weight class Rossville’s Josh Guffey overcame a 9-3 deficit after two periods and pinned his opponent at the 5:40 mark. Rossville’s Billy Dotson (182) and Joecy Martin (195) won their matches with a pin as well.
Rossville’s David Hopkins (145) won his match by a 9-7 decision and his teammate Ethan Ladd won by a 13-1 decision.
In the 145-pound weight class Rossville’s Jacob Taylor lost by a 6-3 decision.
Rossville’s next action will be competing in the Maconaquah Invitational Saturday.
